This is your boy Steven A Smith coming to you directly from Chicago's North side not to far from where Ms Derek Rose and when I say Ms Derek Rose....... Im talking about the boys mamma who used to bring him here to play pick up basketball back in the day.

10 years later and here we are sitting down with GM of the Bulls Pahree for a Q and A session and yall out there in radio land and TV land know how we do it. Pulling off the gloves and getting right down to the nitty gritty on my show QUITE MF FRANKLY.

Mr Pahreee Im using that name to be all professional so don't get offended cause If I called you what we call each other they would surely cancel my damn show. I see you bought a couple people with you and normally I don't play that but since it's Mr Derek Rose and Mr Monta Ellis Imma kill 3 birds with one stone and ask all of y'all some questions and be real with it.

Q. First and foremost I wouldnt be keeping it real with my audience if I didn't ask you Mr GM if there is any iota of truth in the allegations stemming from some people such as the likes of Joe Dumars and Avery Johnson that the Bulls throw games to get draft picks.

A. After a uncomfortable chuckle and laugh GM Pahree says That's not true we weren't throwing games but the chemistry just wasn't there and it was to late to make the playoffs. So we did what we had to do and drafted the best talent available to enhance our situation

Q. I see so you feel like Alec Burks , Deandre Liggins and Andrew Goudelocke and Jon Leur were those pieces?

A. Yes we do . They bring badly needed bench scoring . Burks and Goudelocke can flat out shoot the ball. Liggins is a project He is 6 ft 6 with a 6 11 wingspan and has a lot of defensive and offensive potential.

Q. Yeah I watched him at Kentucky he is a freak of nature he is so long. I want to commend you Pahree for taking my sleeper pick Jon Leuer. Tell us why you guys took him.

A. Cause he is 6 ft 10 and can straight stroke and will be a mismatch problem with Derek and Monta on drive and dish situations and not to mention he is going to play SF. We have him working out with Dirk Nowitzki's shooting coach.

Q. Derek..... Aww yeah Im going to put you out there with this one. I hear from multiple players around the league you went out and purchased T shirts for TSL . Whats that all about.

A. I got T shirts made for all the teams who doubted us as we didn't make the playoffs and how me and Ellis cant coexist. So after every game Im going to give one to someone on the team we just played.

Q. Why would someone want a Bulls shirt yall havent won no titles since Jordan Im just keeping it real?

A. Its not about the team the shirts say on the front I got schooled by Derek Rose. Here you go Steven since I just schooled you about the T shirts.

Q. Everyone says you aren't a leader because you arent vocal . What do you say to them?

A. Im a leader but my folks taught me not to talk about it but to do it, I lead by example and I listen to critics. If they say stuff that I feel is truthful. I fix it if I see they are right. Like my rookie season I couldnt shoot the trey and midrange all I could do was drive. I fixed that. Better not give me a trey or a decent midrange shot this year and this being vocal thing is one of them also. This year I will be more vocal. Critics and haters keep it coming yall making me COLD

Q. Derek your teammates at Memphis ratted you out . You still a candy junky

A. Yeah I am but not like I was because you have to take care of your body and Im in excellent condition. Last year I wore down towards the end of the season That aint happening again so Ive cut back on the sweets.

Q. Mr Monta you snuck into Chicago and everybody thought you were crazy to sign multi years with the bulls as there isnt a way for you guys to coexist. Why on earth did you do that?

A. When I decided to do it I was coming off my best year statistically in TSl averaging 26 ppg and I thought to myself I wanted to get better and try to win a ring. I figured what way to get better than to have a young Derek Rose passing you the ball. Now that we have had time to learn each other and when to call for in my case backscreens and his case pick and rolls and how to keep good spacing we got something to prove so stay tuned

Q. Mr Ellis A lot of people dont know you came to the league straight out of High School and was the #1 recruited guard much like D Rose was.

A. Exactly Which is why I knew we'd click. Our experiences are the same. You don't get to be the best player in the country out of High school without a killer instinct

Q Question for you Mr GM tell the average fan why they should like the Bulls besides Derek Rose and Monta Ellis

A. We have a deep bench now and the supporting cast is ready to contribute. And we are going to bring Run and Gun UNLV LA Lakers w Magic basketball back to TSL It is fun to watch.

Q. That smells good Derek now that cant be healthy Mr. excellent condition

A. Well these are my special Wings. The Derek Rose wings (Hot wings that will melt in your mouth Im about to open a few stores in Chicago and in Memphis, Called Pahrees wings and things. It will be a sports bar and grill with Big Screens which will broadcast every Bulls game and if we win the food that night will be half off. Oh yeah they will also show other sports and teams but when the Bulls play its all about the running of Da Bulls baby

Hell in closing I'mma just put it out there I think the Bulls may have a deep playoff run in them this year. I know I know Rose and Elilis cant play together. I say check your stats. Rose was the fourth leading scorer in TSL last year averaging 26.3 ppg and Ellis was the 12th leading scorer last year averaging 23.2 ppg Sounds like they peacefully coexisting to me.
